TEAM & TASKS

The Global Sales Operations team provides tools, technology, and training to support our sales teams worldwide. You will help automate and digitalize sales and service processes, enhance efficiency, and support data-driven decisions using tools like Power BI. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing small projects and developing solutions for improvement
• Creating data insights and KPIs for market analysis
• Collaborating with country teams to gather requirements
• Developing training and communication materials for CRM and sales training

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, focusing on Sales & Marketing
• First experience in Sales Excellence, Marketing, or Sales (internship or working student)
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is beneficial
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Customer-focused and collaborative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher); German is a plus
