TASKS

• Manage and improve ERP and billing systems (e.g., NetSuite), ensuring stability and integrity
• Provide 1st level support, troubleshooting, and training for internal users
• Serve as the primary contact for finance tool inquiries
• Configure and optimize finance, billing, and reporting modules, collaborating with stakeholders and consultants
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date technical standards
• Create dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
• Lead IT projects related to finance, including integrations and process improvements
• Stay informed on ERP best practices and updates

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Experience with billing, financial processes, or software administration is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and develop in the role
• Excellent English skills (at least C1); German is a plus
