Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Where required, collect payments and inform customers about new products and services
• Pick parcel & pallet orders and prepare for dispatch
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards

Skills:

• High school diploma
• Able to read and write in English
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver, with at least 5 years of experience
• Valid professional driver’s license with a clear driving record, including no traffic violations
• Good physical strength and stamina. Must be able to lift 30lb - 50lb boxes frequently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
