Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an experienced Doxis4 Consultant to support our client with the design, implementation and optimisation of their enterprise document management and workflow automation solution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting customer requirements for document management, workflow automation and compliance
• Identifying interfaces with existing systems (ERP, CRM and others)
• Designing tailored solutions on the Doxis4 platform, including user interfaces, workflows, access rights and security policies
• Installing and configuring Doxis4 software, migrating legacy data and delivering user training
• Integrating Doxis4 with other enterprise software and automating processes through interfaces
• Continuously optimising and adapting the solution to evolving business processes and performance needs
• Providing ongoing technical support, updates and maintenance
• Advising on Doxis4 module selection and document management best practices
• Leading ECM projects from planning through to acceptance and delivery
