ALTEN Germany seeks a Systems Engineering professional to create and maintain DOORS modules based on SBS, and to harmonize nomenclature and templates across the project.

You will review, implement, and test DOORS template updates, act as a primary contact for engineers, and support stakeholders on tool usage and best practices. English proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable field.
• Experience with IBM DOORS.
• Solid understanding of requirements engineering and SBS.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and standardizing templates and specifications.
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Create and maintain DOORS modules for all specifications based on SBS.
• Ensure proper naming conventions and establish link sets across modules.
• Align and harmonize document nomenclature across the project.
• Create and develop requirement specification templates (e.g., Equipment Specification Templates).
• Review and validate templates (e.g., HC SSS / SSDD) and ensure functionality.
• Transfer and implement template updates across system folders.
• Review and develop compliance matrices (e.g., Program and HC SSS Compliance Matrices).
• Clean up and standardize existing templates for clarity and usability.
• Test and validate all changes within DOORS.
• Act as first point of contact for engineers and designers on DOORS templates.
• Support users with questions on requirement linking, module structures, and best practices in DOORS.
