Bertrandt Group in Germany is seeking a Training & Support Specialist for the Design Office to help users with DDMS and 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX). You will act as the first line of contact, deliver training, create guides, and drive adoption of the 3DX tools across the design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Design Office users in their daily activities related to DDMS and 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX).
• Act as the first point of contact for user questions, issues, and tool‑related problem solving.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and best‑practice documentation.
• Prepare and deliver classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Coach engineers and designers on DDMS processes, methods, and 3DX functionalities.
• Drive user adoption and support the deployment of 3DX within the Design Office.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose pragmatic solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering Team Leaders, Transformation teams, and international stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Successfully completed studies in an engineering discipline or a comparable qualification.
• Advanced knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) OnePlatform and DDMS ecosystem.
• Experience in engineering, design office, or digital engineering environments.
• Strong coaching, training, and knowledge transfer skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical and process‑related issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple users and stakeholders.
• Experience in change management, deployment, or user adoption activities is an advantage.
