We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on Keysight’s Networks, Applications, and Security (NAS) Business area.

This position requires a customer-focused leader with deep industry expertise, particularly in cybersecurity and networking solutions, and the ability to lead the local team effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Channel Sales & Account Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Keysight’s network visibility and security solutions within large enterprise, service provider, and NEM accounts.
  2. Leadership: Lead and coach a team of sales and channel account managers to enable top-line growth.
  3. New Business Development: Identify, engage, and close new opportunities with NEM, service providers, enterprise, and public organizations.
  4. Customer Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with procurement, networking, and IT security teams.
  5. Channel & Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners to drive joint sales efforts.
  6. Technical Knowledge & Solution Selling: Develop deep understanding of network testing, security, threat intelligence, and performance monitoring to effectively position solutions.
  7. Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and negotiation.
  8. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to offer cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities include driving the team to sell the complete portfolio, coaching on negotiations, accurate forecasting, and developing key customer relationships. The candidate should utilize the Keysight Leadership Model to foster a growth mindset and build a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of sales management experience in service providers, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven success in selling network testing/security solutions to large enterprises and service providers.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong channel sales experience with VARs, resellers, and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% within the DACH / EE region.
  • German citizenship is strongly preferred.
