Are you a sales professional with a proven track record? Consider joining Medtronic as a District Sales Manager in Peripheral Vascular Health. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and profit of our product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work for a renowned corporation known for product quality and to be part of an inspiring team.

This position covers the Northern Germany region and is primarily remote. 'Remote' means your home address is your main work location (home office). Occasional meetings at the Medtronic office may be required.

A Day in the Life

  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve sales targets using data-driven sales management.
  • Develop and implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
  • Manage daily sales team activities to execute the organization's sales strategy for the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and relevant functions to support sales, market development, service efforts, and clinical programs.
  • Identify opportunities and develop new programs to increase market share.
  • Assess the need for new selling programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies accordingly.
  • Coach sales representatives on product and service technicalities, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and sales techniques to meet targets.
  • Conduct business reviews and sales forecasting.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience or a university degree with at least 3 years of relevant sales and management experience.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Structured working style and project management experience.
  • Goal-oriented, committed, and solution-focused.
  • Strong leadership skills to promote, develop, and motivate employees.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and open to change.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience working within matrix structures in a corporate group.

For remote roles: A full Measles immunization is required due to facility-based requirements.
