As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and profit of our product portfolio. This position covers Northern Germany and is a remote role, meaning your home address is your primary work location. Occasional meetings may require your presence at the Medtronic office.

A Day in the Life
  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve sales targets through modern data-driven sales management.
  • Develop and implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
  • Manage the daily activities of a sales team to execute the organization's sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key account personnel and relevant functions to support sales, market development, and clinical programs.
  • Identify opportunities and develop new programs to increase market share.
  • Assess the need for new selling programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies.
  • Coach sales representatives on product knowledge, marketing campaigns, sales techniques, and standards.
  • Conduct business reviews and forecasting.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience or a university degree with at least 3 years of relevant sales and management experience
  • Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Structured working style and project management experience
  • Goal-oriented, committed, and solutions-focused
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible, and open to change
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience working in matrix organizations

For remote roles: Full Measles immunization is required due to facility-based immunization policies.
