A role within the commercial arm of our Client, responsible for growing sales through the existing international distribution network as well as developing new opportunities to expand market share and presence across Europe by onboarding new distribution partners.

Essential Job Functions:
The job holder will undertake some or all (but not limited to) of the following responsibilities:
- Creating comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth in the European market.
- Driving sales to achieve revenue and profitability goals by managing, supporting, and training distributors across Europe.
- Managing the performance of existing distributors, including evaluating, recruiting, terminating, and adjusting territories to meet financial and market penetration goals.
- Acting as the key point of contact for sales feedback within the business, liaising with marketing and product development to support brand building and product strategy.
- Researching competitors and maintaining in-depth knowledge of existing products and services in pre-hospital and trauma care sectors, conducting market research to identify opportunities, trends, and threats.
- Actively pursuing new business development opportunities to expand customer bases.
- Supporting and expediting resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Gathering customer feedback via surveys and other communication channels to assist the QA team in post-market surveillance activities.
- Providing competitive intelligence such as bid situations, pricing data, and bundling arrangements to establish negotiated pricing contracts.
- Gathering, analyzing, and delivering field information and sales data/reports to management for strategic planning.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating issues with key clients across sales, support, customer service, marketing, and finance.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Staying informed about health service activities in relevant areas and improving own product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Participating in regular internal product training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management of medical and/or tactical devices distributors within military and civilian markets across Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of sales techniques, strategies, distributor management, and other sales methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Fluent or business proficiency in EU languages such as English, German, French, or Spanish.
- Experience with business customs across various EU markets.
Demonstrates ownership and accountability; ability to plan, execute, control, and deliver; effective written and verbal communication; leadership and influence skills.
Mental Requirements:
- The ability to maintain an appropriate work pace, comprehend instructions, exercise logic and reasoning, organize and prioritize tasks, read, write, communicate verbally, problem-solve, make decisions, analyze data, multitask, and handle interruptions. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and emotional intelligence in stressful situations is essential.
Other Requirements:
- Approximately 50% business travel required.
- Must align with our Client’s culture and responsibly manage travel decisions and expenses.
