On behalf of a leading international manufacturing company, we are looking for a motivated leader to oversee the Distribution and Export Order Management function, with primary responsibility for the Berlin plant operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient flow of goods across domestic and international markets, managing the entire export order lifecycle while driving operational excellence, strict regulatory compliance, and customer service on a global scale.

Tasks:

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution for domestic and export markets.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics with carriers and freight forwarders; optimize routing, carrier selection, and freight costs.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, transport and safety standards, export controls, and pharmaceutical guidelines (EU-GDP, GMP, AMWHV, AM-HandelsV).
• Oversee the complete export order management process from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Drive continuous process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and system enhancements (ERP: SAP, ERPLX; WMS/TMS: Blue Yonder).
• Lead, develop, and motivate a cross-functional team, fostering a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.

Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in distribution/logistics and export order management, including leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, customs procedures, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Strong expertise in EU pharmaceutical guidelines (AMWHV, AM-HandelsV, EU-GDP, GMP/GxP).
• Fluent in English and German
