1. Manage the independent dispatch of our fleet in national long-distance traffic, considering legal, economic, and quality aspects.
2. Coordinate with other DACHSER branches and freight forwarders to efficiently utilize our cargo space.
3. Plan capacity in operational activities in collaboration with your colleagues in dispatch.
4. Serve as a solution-oriented contact for our customers, drivers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the freight forwarding or logistics sector or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, prior experience in dispatch within a freight forwarding company.
• Good geographical knowledge and understanding of driving and rest times.
• Enjoy working in a team and possess a confident demeanor.
• High degree of responsibility, assertiveness, and communication skills.
