The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, between €73,000 and a maximum of €78,000. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa).

Job description
Tasks
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners regarding material availability in retrofit projects
  • Support the Kit Factory in planning and producing retrofit kits
  • Analyse material requirements based on engineering input and logistical parameters
  • Manage customer orders and coordinate downstream supply chain activities
  • Monitor retrofit projects with regard to on-time delivery and quality
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, supply officers and production planning
  • Plan production and rework orders and prioritise work orders accordingly
  • Contribute to pre-planning reviews and adjust stock strategies where necessary
Requirements
  • Completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or supply chain / logistics
  • Several years of experience in customer service, supplier management, logistics, or process optimisation
  • Proven experience in contract management
  • Basic knowledge of lean management and civil aviation documentation
  • Experience with Airbus is a plus
  • Solid skills in SAP R/3; Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe approx. 1–2 times per year for 1–3 days
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
