Meet Your Team: Programmatic Business Team – adjoe Ads

Leveraging our expertise in driving quality user acquisition for advertisers and increasing monetization revenue for publishers, we are building a comprehensive mobile programmatic platform via adjoe Ads in-app bidding solution.


In 2024, global programmatic ad spend reached an estimated $595 billion, projected to approach $800 billion by 2028. Our team aims to capture a significant share of this market, helping our clients and product team address daily challenges and improve performance in the programmatic space.


You will focus on expanding the adoption of adjoe Ads’ bidding SDK among publishers—helping them transform their monetization strategies by unlocking new revenue streams with steady eCPMs and delivering high-quality ads through direct access to premium demand.


What You Will Do:
  1. Build new gaming publisher partnerships for adjoe’s programmatic solution – adjoe Ads.
  2. Develop sales strategies and set quarterly and annual targets for onboarding and retaining publishers.
  3. Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure success.
  4. Implement and utilize our CRM tool to track and report on account progress.
  5. Review quarterly achievements and oversee the sales bonus process.
  6. Build and lead a team of top-tier supply partnerships managers, establishing scalable structures and processes.
  7. Motivate and guide your team to meet and exceed targets through goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  8. Collaborate with Product Marketing to create go-to-market materials to grow adjoe Ads’ advertiser portfolio.
  9. Provide feedback from publishers to inform product strategy.
  10. Represent adjoe Ads at industry events and conferences.
  11. Report directly to the Managing Director of adjoe Ads.
Who You Are:
  1. 6+ years of experience selling technology solutions to publishers, preferably in mobile ad tech / SDK sales.
  2. A passionate leader with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  3. Proficient in managing sales pipelines with CRM software.
  4. A confident networker with excellent communication skills.
  5. Strong focus on revenue growth and strategic expansion.
  6. A mentor who can transfer sales knowledge effectively.
  7. Innovative thinker, adaptable, and always challenging the status quo.
  8. Experienced in developing comprehensive sales strategies across the buyer’s journey.
  9. A skilled and enthusiastic public speaker.
  10. Well-connected in the mobile adtech and gaming industries.
  11. Deep understanding of mobile adtech and app economies.
