We are seeking a Strategy Director (f/m/d) with strong technical, digital and strategy development expertise, who will play a pivotal role in driving Europe Operations’ growth agenda by leading cross-functional initiatives and projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment across business units, geographies, and segments in pursuit of the Schneider Electric’ strategic priorities.

  • Strategic Leadership & Change Management: lead strategic transformation and change initiatives while fostering leadership alignment and KPI-driven accountability to support company growth objectives.
  • Business Analysis & Strategic Planning: provide strategic guidance on complex cross-functional projects by conducting in-depth analysis and developing innovative, tech-informed business models and go-to-market strategies.
  • Innovation & Opportunity Development: identify emerging business trends across markets and led pilot initiatives to explore and validate new growth opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: deliver actionable insights and project outcomes to enhance executive decision-making and productivity, leveraging digital tools to enable efficient information sharing and data-driven strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: align communication, processes, and systems to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives, while monitoring enterprise-wide efforts to drive cohesive, cross-functional outcomes.
  • Executive Support & Confidentiality: manage competing priorities with agility while handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Your Profile:

  • BS Degree in Engineering. Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in areas such as strategic planning, product management, technical sales, corporate consulting, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical acumen in energy, industrial sectors, or related fields.
