Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Development and implementation of a comprehensive business strategy based on market analysis, competitive observation, and customer feedback.
  2. Identification of growth opportunities and new business fields within the healthcare sector through market analysis and trend observation.
  3. Leading initiatives in product development and innovation to continuously improve and adapt the company's product portfolio.
  4. Building and maintaining partnerships with other companies, institutions, and organizations in the healthcare sector to leverage synergies and explore new business opportunities.
  5. Participating in strategic decision-making as part of the management board.
  6. Leading the Product Management & Innovation and Business Excellence & Project Management Office teams.
  7. Actively shaping the department and driving continuous improvements.
  8. Responsibility for conducting product analyses, conceptualizations, and optimizations.
  9. Evaluating existing products and identifying areas for improvement.
  10. Assuming personnel responsibility, promoting team development, and setting clear goals for effective collaboration.
  11. Collaborating closely with technical teams to develop innovative and functional products.
  12. Serving as an interface between various company units (e.g., Operations, Technology, Market & Customer).

Profile:

  1. At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in business development or a sales-related environment.
  2. Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, engineering sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  3. Interest in entrepreneurial process design and optimization.
  4. A continuous willingness to question existing practices and bring new perspectives.
  5. Proven experience in developing and implementing corporate strategies in healthcare.
  6. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer needs.
  7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed strategic decisions.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  9. Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve common goals.
  10. Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
