Jobtailor is seeking an inspirational leader to head our global Solution Consulting, Design and Engineering organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of 30+ professionals across pre‑sales support, solution consulting, design and planning, guiding them toward a shared vision and international growth.

• Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for solution consulting, design and engineering, aligned with Element Logic’s global growth objectives
• Take responsibility for the quality, consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions across the entire pre‑sales and design lifecycle
• Transform and scale the function to support business units worldwide by establishing the structures, processes, methods and tools required for international growth
• Promote standardization, reusability and continuous improvement of design and engineering practices to increase quality and efficiency at scale
• Develop and nurture talent — coach leaders, expand competencies and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration and ownership
