Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for an Account Social Media Director (d/f/m) in full time.

The tasks:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand growth and engagement.
• Oversee and mentor a team of social media project managers to ensure high-quality output and innovative campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide strategic insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain the agency's competitive edge in digital marketing.
• Excellent consulting services with regard to offers and budget control
• You are responsible for the coordination and realisation of new business projects/pitches
• You are responsible for the planning, coordination, management and control of the overall budget as well as large and complex projects

About you:

• You have extensive experience in leading social media strategies and managing large-scale campaigns.
• You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies. (German C2-Level & Englisch B2-Level)
• You are a creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the digital space.
