Qualifikationen

• Langjährige Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft, vorzugsweise im internationalen Bereich.
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.

For our Service & Maintenance department, we are looking for a

Director Service & Maintenance (m/f/d)

at our location in Munich or Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

• Management of the Service & Maintenance department and the global Service & Maintenance team
• Strategic development of the Service & Maintenance Global Team regarding Global Service & Maintenance Hubs, outsourcing decisions, development of a strong partner network, etc.
• Promotion of the productization of the Service & Maintenance offering
• Increase Service & Maintenance revenue and profitability
• Ensure proper and timely execution of S&M projects in collaboration with all required internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and controlling the Service & Maintenance projects based on defined KPIs (e.g. service delivery in time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction)
• Further development of the applied work methodology (S&M @ Veridos) for the optimized implementation of Veridos' S&M processes (SLAs and OLAs) through the Community of Practices
• Efficient use of resources through optimized deployment of employees in projects
• Digitalization of after-sales processes
• Team-oriented employee management characterized by cooperative collaboration and employee development
• Strategic leadership of the team as well as operational work in day-to-day business

Your profile:

• Many years of professional experience in the project business, preferably in the international government, plant, or service business
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or comparable training/professional experience
• Experience as a service (level) manager
• ITIL know-how/certificates an advantage
• Leading/coaching management style and sound experience in team/department management
• Business fluent in English; a second European foreign language is advantageous
• Independent, very analytical, and goal-oriented way of working with a corresponding desire for sustainability
• Intercultural experience and assertiveness
