This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Director within our Revenue Operations team, managing the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies.

We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged leader to join our Revenue Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our GTM Organization. You will be responsible for leveraging technology like Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach, and others to support our GTM teams and provide them with a competitive advantage in the marketplace. You will be in charge of implementing business requirements, processes, and policies effectively and efficiently.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of revenue operations, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will be a key partner to the VP of Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership by providing strategic guidance supported by tactical execution to improve our sales outcomes.

What you bring
  • Extensive experience leading and managing technology and business analyst teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, requiring strong project management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance while being hands-on when required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply strategic thinking and collaborate with other GTM leaders to set and implement strategies for GTM success.
  • Deep understanding of managing and deploying key sales tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset that constantly seeks opportunities to enhance processes and workflows for GTM teams.
  • Solid business understanding with the ability to translate business needs into specific, workable requirements.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decisions, insights, and improvements.
  • Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering, influencing, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Tech Stack
  • Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of our CRM platform (Salesforce), along with its associated tools.
  • Supervise the selection, deployment, and upkeep of tools, systems, and platforms used in revenue operations.
  • Assess the current technology stack, pinpointing opportunities to optimize and integrate systems for better data accuracy, reporting, and automation.
  • Lead knowledge transfer of tools and tech to ensure sales teams are maximizing usage, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to foster innovation and boost revenue operations capabilities.
  • Continuously innovate to improve the use of our tech stack, acting swiftly on feedback. Adopt best-in-class practices and stay connected to the latest thinking through external RevOps and sales networks.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration, data governance, and security.
Process and Policy
  • Design, develop, document, and implement key sales end-to-end processes and ownership.
  • Design and launch processes, workflows, and automation that drive internal efficiencies and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Establish policy documentation for all sales operations topics including lead management, opportunity management, splits, account allocation, segmentation, etc.
  • Define and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance, data integrity, and consistency.
  • Work closely with sales and RevOps leaders on major change projects to ensure processes, documentation, and tools are part of the change strategy.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, sales technology experts, Salesforce administrators/engineers (ICs and Team Leads).
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and recognition.
  • Collaborate with other RevOps leaders to deliver projects as one team, advocating for the requirements of other RevOps teams and communicating early and widely.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits in all locations. We pay above in-location rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth in developing countries. The salary range for this role is $131,300 USD to $184,650 USD, determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and market demands. Compensation is reviewed for internal mobility.
