Job Title: Director, Retention Marketing

We are looking for a Director, Retention Marketing to join our Retention Team and help us deliver exceptional experiences.

You will be part of our Marketing Team, shaping strategies to build customer loyalty and optimize marketing investments. Your efforts will create connections with millions of customers, establishing Delivery Hero as a market leader.

Leverage technology and product expertise to design and develop a top-tier Retention Tech Stack. Democratize DH customer data, surface best practices and innovations, and empower regional CRM teams to define and execute retention strategies while ensuring governance across regions. The goal is to increase retention and customer lifetime value for DH brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the global Retention strategy for DH and lead high-impact projects to increase CLV across 40+ markets.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in customer development to address with CRM measures and evaluate their ROI.
  • Address various Retention challenges, from iterative improvements to greenfield projects focusing on customer health.
  • Translate regional challenges into requirements for Retention product roadmaps.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Consultancy or Marketing roles focusing on Retention/CRM, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills; experience in a global matrix organization is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing, capable of translating insights into actions.
  • Understanding of marketing and business KPIs, and experience managing projects with an OKR framework.
  • Product exposure or experience in an agile environment.
