Area of responsibilities:
  1. Lead the team to deliver an exceptional premium brand experience.
  2. Actively monitor consumer satisfaction, drive retail sales growth, and ensure outstanding service levels.
  3. Implement and evaluate strategies to boost demand and sales, ensuring their effectiveness.
  4. Develop and execute initiatives to build and grow a vibrant community.
  5. Drive store activations, including performance marketing campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements that enhance client experiences and profitability.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including loss prevention, anti-diversion, employment and privacy laws, and inventory management.
  8. Oversee and manage costs, overheads, and all KPIs impacting store profitability.
Profile of qualification:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail, preferably in luxury, premium, high-end retail, or the juvenile industry.
  3. Proven leadership experience in team management, coaching, and development.
  4. Strong analytical skills to identify business trends and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance and client experience.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  6. Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in design and fashion.
  7. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  8. Inspirational, passionate, energetic, and positive mindset.
  9. Flexible, adaptable, and hands-on approach to tasks.
