A fast-growing advisory firm is seeking a Director for their Restructuring & Advisory team in Germany. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, assess financial strategies, and guide companies through complex restructuring processes. Extensive experience in financial analysis and team management is essential. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to an expanding business within international advisory frameworks.

Interpath launched in Germany in April 2025, so this is a unique opportunity to be part of a new business within an established international company. Our German business is led by a team of highly experienced MDs focused on delivering advisory services across Restructuring, Debt Advisory and Value Creation.
As a Director in the Restructuring & Advisory team, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi‑stakeholder, international and domestic restructuring & advisory engagements while also raising the profile of Interpath as a premier provider of Restructuring and Deals advisory services.
The successful candidate will lead client‑facing teams and oversee a diverse range of projects involving Turnaround management, Restructuring & Transformation. They will offer direct assistance to companies that are under‑performing or experiencing a liquidity crisis directly impacting their survival.
