As a Director - Performance Marketing, you will lead our in-house team of performance marketing experts and own the relationships with our global media agencies and partners to drive growth and efficiency. You are in the driver's seat of everything digital advertising at TeamViewer: from brand campaigns leveraging our famous sports sponsorships with Manchester United and the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team to PPC generating e-commerce revenues. Additionally, you will shape and execute our digital media and performance marketing strategy for one of the most globally recognized brands in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive our global strategy, execution, and performance across all digital channels, including SEA, Paid Social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and SEO.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to achieve marketing objectives.
  3. Collaborate closely with our brand, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign orchestration between our brand and performance campaigns.
  4. Manage our global digital marketing budget and agencies across multiple markets, establishing accurate forecasts.
  5. Provide insights and analysis on digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Refine and improve performance tracking and reporting for various business goals, including ecommerce revenue and lead generation, utilizing multi-touch attribution for our enterprise business.
  7. Stay updated on trends, changes, and innovations in performance marketing to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of professional experience in performance and brand marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital campaigns across channels such as Affiliate Marketing, Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, and SEO.
  2. 4+ years of management experience with strong leadership skills.
  3. Experience in developing and executing performance marketing strategies in an ecommerce or SaaS environment, preferably B2B SaaS.
  4. Experience with freemium business models is a plus.
  5. Proven leadership in managing a performance marketing team.
  6. Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics platforms, preferably Adobe Analytics.
  7. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  8. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous.
