Responsibilities
As a Director - Performance Marketing, you will lead our in-house team of performance marketing experts and manage relationships with our global media agencies and partners to drive growth and efficiency. You will oversee digital advertising initiatives, including brand campaigns with Manchester United and Mercedes AMG Petronas F1, as well as PPC campaigns for ecommerce revenue. Your role includes shaping and executing digital media and performance marketing strategies for one of the most recognized brands in the IT industry.
- Drive global strategy, execution, and performance across all digital channels, including SEA, Paid Social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and SEO.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with brand, product, and sales teams to coordinate campaigns.
- Manage the global digital marketing budget and agency relationships across markets.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Improve performance tracking and reporting for various business goals, including ecommerce and lead generation.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in performance marketing to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance and brand marketing, with a successful track record in digital campaigns across channels like Affiliate Marketing, Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, and SEO.
- 4+ years of management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Experience in ecommerce or SaaS environments, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Experience with freemium business models is a plus.
- Proven leadership of a performance marketing team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English required; German is advantageous.
