Job Description:

Main Tasks

• Implement and improve MP&L standards across all production locations in the region.
• Manage and develop initiatives to achieve Operations inventory targets and plant delivery performance.
• Define the MP&L strategy for Operations Europe and ensure alignment with Corporate MP&L management and regional strategy.
• Ensure alignment between MP&L activities of all plants and regional strategy.
• Coach MP&L representatives at production locations to resolve complex supply chain issues.
• Maintain and create metrics, reports, and process documentation to proactively identify potential problems and drive financial and operational improvements.

Your Profile

• Degree in (Industrial) Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and similar function.
• Proven leadership in team management, especially in matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Material Planning and Logistics Processes.
• Experience in implementing Governance in Material Planning and Logistics.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles, like PULL and value stream development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and build a strong network.
• Willingness to travel.
