Area of Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Workforce Management - build internal competencies and external partnerships to design and deliver solutions for the area of responsibility (AoR).
2. Plan roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
3. Deliver strategic IT projects and initiatives.
4. Proactively drive continuous improvements and innovation.
5. Develop and evolve technical architecture based on business requirements and development needs.
6. Lead digitalization initiatives within the domain.
7. Represent and promote digital solutions as an ambassador.

Profile of Qualifications :

1. Successful completion of studies in business, technology, science, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in the consumer goods industry and omnichannel processes, including B2B, eCommerce, and offline retail.
3. Proficient in SAP ERP (Order to Cash).
4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, SF Core), Order Management systems, and integrations with Consumer Data Platforms, POS Systems, Warehouse Management, and SAP.
5. Experience in Web & App Development.
6. Deep understanding of omnichannel processes to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions quickly.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Strong leadership skills to guide teams and foster collaboration.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment by adapting quickly and thinking forward.
10. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
