Director of Solutions Consulting Central Region
As Director of the Central Region Solutions Consulting team, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants across the Central (DACH & Nordic) region. You will collaborate cross-functionally with account executives, partners, business officers, and other stakeholders to execute sales strategies and drive adoption of Pega’s AI-powered workflow and decisioning capabilities. Reporting to the VP of Solutions Consulting in EMEA, you will be a key element of both the Central GTM leadership, and the EMEA Solutions Consulting leadership teams.

What You'll Do at Pega:
T echnical Sales Strategy and Execution
- Coach and lead the team in the discovery, qualification, and development of best practice technical solutions that leverage Pega's solution set, workflow and AI functionality to deliver business value for enterprise clients in the DACH & Nordics regions.
- Proactively support and work with the SC and Sales teams in the delivery of world-class presentations and demos through coaching and sharing best practice to "raise the bar" in alignment with both DACH's structured approach and Nordic consensus-driven business communication styles.
- Engage and develop relationships with client, partner, and account team executives in target accounts across the DACH & Nordics regions, to ensure adoption of Pega's core technologies and client health.
- As part of the Central GTM leadership team, be a recognized thought leader and domain expert in Pega solutions, leading excellent presentations, workshops, and event speaking.
- Work with top tier clients and partners to meet their strategic business goals by streamlining their critical operations to engage their customers across multiple channels using Pega's AI-powered customer engagement, workflow and legacy transformation solutions
- Lead the team in preparing road maps focused on evaluating the current state and the transformation to the future state with Pega's cutting edge unified platform, highlighting how AI can accelerate true transformation
Leadership and Collaboration
- Act as a hands on leader helping a world class team of Solutions Consultants present listen create architectures demo solutions discuss ideas and solve problems for clients
- Lead the Pega Platform and Solutions SC team in the DACH Nordics regions in collaboration with Core and Specialist SC leadership peers in other European markets
- Drive and support the innovation and adoption of initiatives reusable assets selling programs enablement to scale the success of Pegas core technologies in the DACH Nordics markets and ensure excellent knowledge and execution by the field partners and customers
- Collaborate and foster strong partnerships with internal leaders in Product Development Product Marketing Alliances Industry Business Units and other peer Specialist organizations globally at Pega
- Provide structured coaching development and support to individual contributors to build a world class specialist team aligned with both DACH and Nordic business cultures
- Develop and maintain cutting edge SC Specialist knowledge of Pega Platform GenAI capabilities and other core Pega technologies in partnership with the Product teams

What You've Accomplished:
- 5+ years managing presales teams with a successful track record working with enterprise clients through enterprise-like sales engagements
- Experience advising and managing a team of Solutions Consultants with cross industry focus
- Deep technical acumen with strong preference for experience in Workflow, Process, CRM, BPM, and AI experience in a variety of industry contexts
- Delivered custom demonstrations and POCs that showcase how solutions solve specific challenges with defined business benefit
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative to build scale, and driven growth within the DACH and/or Nordic enterprise software markets.
- Led large scale Enterprise sales engagements from an SC perspective.
- Willing to travel throughout the Central region to support the business.
- Strong proficiency in English and at least one of the major languages spoken in the DACH or Nordic regions (German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish), with the ability to communicate precisely and effectively across different cultural contexts.
- Experience in a highly innovative Solution Consulting team in a high-growth organization within the expanding DACH & Nordics enterprise software markets
