Key responsibilities :
- Delivering to CAPEX and OPEX targets without any customer service failure while ensuring savings and improvement targets (e.g., asset utilization, Turn-Rate, etc.).
- Ensure an efficient and sufficient supply in line with an accurate demand of assets OTIF – reducing CONQ / waste while effectively securing customer satisfaction and avoiding service failure.
- Capture the status and challenges (forecasting accuracy and supply/delivery deviations) in a monthly dashboard for performance review and improvement as part of the S&OP Committee teams.
- Establish a forecasting framework to enable mid-term business performance management.
- Own the automated, timely, accurate RPC planning and delivery execution.
- Identify and drive process automation related to End-2-End S&OP activities – from Demand to delivery of services – working with all stakeholders to articulate, propose, and implement improvements to processes and tooling – thus realizing further quality and efficiencies.
- Reduce manual and non-value add activities via system and tooling developments with IT, Digital, and other functions.
- Ensure standardized templates and data sources are developed and executed each month within the agreed calendar, allowing issues and actions to be raised holistically to each department and ultimately to COO / CFO / CEO.
- Execute the key “Control Tower” sequence with Finance, ensuring buy-in from each Finance sub-team, and build a consistent story/message on the S&OP issues and actions.
- Liaise with different departments and external stakeholders to follow up on challenges or discrepancies within the data. Participate in or lead ad-hoc analytical projects as needed.
- Several years of hands-on experience in an operational environment.
- Multiple years’ experience working with S&OP, S&OE, SCM, KPIs, and performance management.
- Deep experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning) in environments with both manufactured and sourced finished goods, including design, implementation, and execution of S&OP-related processes.
- Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and one other European language.
- Experience in driving S&OP, S&OE Continuous Improvement, and achieving best-in-class OTIF, asset utilization, and CPEX/OPEX optimization.
- Strategic and analytical skills combined with the ability to think outside the box and a doer mentality.
