What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target organizations in the power, utility, telco, and transportation sectors.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipelines and revenue, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success teams, and Partners to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the DACH region.
  • Represent OverIT at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling sales teams within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market and experience selling to organizations in the power, utility, telco, or transportation sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts within relevant industries in the DACH region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in German and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • A natural obsession with software sales overachievement targets.
