Position Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Execute regional sales strategies in alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive initiatives that expand market share and increase revenue.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Continuously evaluate market conditions and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Communicate the clinical and financial value of virtual nursing and telehealth solutions to decision-makers.
- Revenue Generation & Business Growth: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Revenue Generation & Business Growth: Develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Revenue Generation & Business Growth: Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Prospect, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Resolve customer challenges quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience.

Experience & Skills
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
Experience
- 7–10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term customer relationships.
- Required: Experience in the healthcare industry selling SaaS-based virtual solutions into hospital systems.
- Established network of senior hospital executives (C-suite and leadership level).
- RN or similar clinical license a plus.
