  • $152,975 – $203,963 (FL, GA, PA).
  • $160,629 – $214,169 (NC).
  • $168,273 – $224,364 (MA, MD, NY, VA).

The Role

As a Director of Sales, you'll drive growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve strategic objectives. Your leadership will influence account strategy, revenue growth, and sales performance across key markets and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and identify opportunities to penetrate new accounts and expand existing revenue streams.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with key decision-makers across accounts while nurturing new business relationships.
  • Sales Leadership: Support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, collaborating on tactical and strategic plans.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee campaigns to capture new markets, drive lead generation, and penetrate key accounts.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Conduct accurate sales forecasting and maintain detailed financial plans to track performance.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market competition, and evolving client needs.
  • High-Performance Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring accountability and success.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster teamwork, encourage diverse perspectives, and keep teams aligned through timely communication and recognition of accomplishments.
  • Expense Management: Engage in initiatives to manage expenses, recommending strategies to address budget overruns.
What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in sales leadership (telecommunications preferred).
  • Proven expertise in strategic account planning, consultative sales, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience building and leading solution-oriented sales teams.
  • Proficiency in assigning and managing sales territories and target markets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy, self-driven, and motivated to lead teams toward success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of business or financial experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and consultative selling techniques.
  • Leadership experience as a strategic contributor to business growth.
