Qualifikationen

• 8-10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Qualitätsingenieur oder in ähnlicher Rolle.

We are seeking a Director of Quality Control (m/f/d). The director will develop and implement evaluation programs to ensure production meets quality, integrity, and efficiency standards from raw materials to finished products.

This is an unlimited position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and managing the Quality Control department and supervisory team
2. Conducting performance evaluations and supporting employee development
3. Handling disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies
4. Evaluating production operations strategically to ensure product quality and compliance
5. Collaborating with management to set quality standards
6. Building a high-performing organization and envisioning the lab of the future
7. Coordinating laboratory planning and budgeting
8. Implementing lean QC operational principles
9. Facilitating communication between production and management
10. Assessing test results and approving changes
11. Reviewing quality control documentation for accuracy and relevance
12. Conducting inspections and quality checks
13. Reporting on quality control status to leadership and regulatory agencies
14. Ensuring a safe work environment compliant with regulations
15. Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology or related field; Master's preferred
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years as a quality engineer or similar role
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, manufacturing, and production
• Business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
