They act as the connective tissue within TNC, supporting RMs across the organization to link up with team members from the LAR region and vice versa, enabling coordinated relationship management and information sharing regarding high-priority public donors.

The Director leads a small regional team of proposal developers that support project design and development; technical writing; and proposal process management. The Director sets and reports against specific and measurable targets, including financial and other targets. They are able to work effectively under pressure and sometimes within tight timelines.
