Zusammenfassung

LVI Associates seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to own the execution of battery energy storage and renewable energy projects in Germany. You will oversee delivery from contract award through to commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality, time and budget targets are met.

You will collaborate with leadership, EPCs, grid operators and customers, shaping delivery strategy while expanding a growing project portfolio across the DACH region.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience delivering energy or infrastructure projects including construction management and EPC oversight.
• Strong understanding of EPC project delivery and construction management.
• Experience in renewable energy (BESS, solar, wind, grid infrastructure).
• Leadership experience with building teams and managing stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English.

The company combines battery energy storage systems with proprietary software solutions to help commercial and industrial customers optimise energy consumption, reduce electricity costs, and support the transition to a more flexible energy system. With a growing project pipeline and strong expansion plans, they are looking to bring in a senior leader to build and oversee their delivery function.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the entire execution process for utility-scale and commercial battery storage projects, from contract award through to commissioning and operational handover.

You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with technical and regulatory requirements. Working closely with leadership, engineering partners, EPC contractors, grid operators, and customers, you'll play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered as the business continues to grow.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of battery energy storage projects
• Managing project execution from contract signature through construction, commissioning, and final handover
• Overseeing EPC procurement, contractor management, and commercial negotiations
• Driving project schedules, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Managing grid connection and technical compliance requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience delivering energy or infrastructure projects, including construction management and EPC oversight. Candidates should have direct project execution experience, not purely client-side or controlling exposure. A background in renewable energy (BESS, solar, wind, grid infrastructure, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of EPC project delivery and construction management
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of battery energy storage systems and grid connection processes
• Commercial and contractual expertise
• Leadership experience and an interest in building teams
