About the Role

As the Director of Professional Services, you will lead, coach, and manage our software implementation teams and their projects. You will exemplify excellence in business and project management processes and procedures, setting best practices to maximize efficiency and success.

Responsibilities :

• Provide industry-related expertise to internal teams, implementation partners, and customers
• Coach, direct, and oversee implementation teams and projects
• Review scope, execution plans, and schedules with management and stakeholders
• Monitor team workload, forecast, identify bottlenecks, and strategize resource allocation
• Manage changes in scope, risks, and contingency plans
• Track milestones, ensure quality of deliverables, and resolve development dependencies

Requirements

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering accountability
• Establish best practices and project guidelines for efficiency
• Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills in English
• Relevant leadership experience in enterprise systems implementation, preferably in retail or consumer products
• Solid experience in enterprise systems, project management, and Agile methodologies
• PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
• Strategic planning, risk, and change management experience
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of IT project management and business analysis experience in enterprise software, preferably in retail or consumer products

Travel Requirement :

• Willing and able to travel as required
