About the Role

As the Director of Professional Services, you will lead, coach, and manage our software implementation teams and their projects. You will exemplify excellence in business and project management processes, set best-practice measures, and maximize project success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide industry expertise to internal teams, implementation partners, and customers
  • Coach, direct, and oversee implementation teams and projects
  • Review scope, plans, and schedules with management and stakeholders
  • Monitor team workload, forecast, and address bottlenecks
  • Manage resource allocation and execution plans
  • Escalate deviations to stakeholders
  • Manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans
  • Track milestones and ensure quality of deliverables
Requirements
  • Mentor and motivate team members, fostering accountability
  • Establish best practices and project guidelines
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills in English
  • Relevant experience in enterprise systems implementation, preferably in retail/consumer products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk, and change management
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years in IT software project management and business analysis in enterprise software, preferably in retail or consumer products
Travel Requirement
  • Willing to travel as needed for projects
