About the Role

As the Director of Professional Services, you will lead, coach, and manage our software implementation teams and their projects. You will exemplify excellence in business and project management processes and set best practices to maximize efficiency and success.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide industry-related expertise to internal teams, implementation partners, and customers.
2. Coach, direct, and oversee implementation teams and projects.
3. Review implementation scope, execution plans, and deliverables with management and stakeholders.
4. Monitor team workload, forecast, identify bottlenecks, and develop manpower strategies.
5. Manage resource allocation and execution plans aligned with company objectives.
6. Escalate project and business deviations proactively to stakeholders.
7. Manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans.
8. Track implementation milestones, quality of deliverables, and resolve dependencies.

Requirements

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to foster accountability and positive action.
• Establish best practices and guidelines to enhance team efficiency.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills in English.
• Relevant experience in enterprise systems implementation, preferably in retail and consumer products.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under high pressure.
• Proven strategic planning, risk management, and change management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in IT software project management and enterprise software implementation, preferably in retail or consumer goods.

Travel Requirement :

Willing and able to travel as required.
