About the Role

As the Director of Professional Services, you will lead, coach, and manage our software implementation teams and projects involving application and service deployment. You will exemplify excellence in business and project management processes, setting best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

• Provide industry-related expertise to internal teams, implementation partners, and customers
• Coach, direct, and oversee implementation teams and projects
• Review scope, execution plans, and schedules with management and stakeholders
• Monitor team workload, forecast, identify bottlenecks, and develop manpower strategies
• Manage resource allocation and execution plans to meet company objectives
• Escalate project and business deviations proactively to stakeholders
• Manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans
• Track milestones, quality of deliverables, and manage dependencies

Requirements

• Coach and motivate team members, fostering accountability
• Establish best practices and project guidelines for efficiency
• Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills in English
• Relevant experience in enterprise systems implementation, preferably in retail or consumer products
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of software implementation processes, preferably Agile
• PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments
• Experience in strategic planning, risk, and change management
• BSc or BA degree; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in IT software development project management and enterprise software implementation

Travel Requirement :

• Able to travel as required for projects
