About the Role

As the Director of Professional Services, you will lead, coach, and manage our software implementation teams and their projects. You will exemplify excellence in business and project management processes and set best-practice measures to maximize efficiency and success.

Responsibilities :

• Provide industry-related expertise to internal teams, implementation partners, and customers
• Coach, direct, and oversee implementation teams and projects
• Review scope, execution plans, and deliverables with management and stakeholders
• Monitor team workload, forecast, and address bottlenecks
• Manage resource allocation and execution plans to align with company goals
• Escalate project and business deviations proactively
• Manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans
• Track milestones, quality, and critical dependencies

Requirements

• Coach and motivate team members, fostering accountability
• Establish best practices and project guidelines
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Experience in enterprise systems implementation, preferably in retail and consumer products
• Organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Experience in strategic planning, risk, and change management
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 15+ years in IT software development project management
• 15+ years in business analysis within enterprise software implementation

Travel Requirement :

• Willing to travel as needed
