As the Director of Product Learning Experience(f/m/d)*, you will play a highly strategic and high-impact role building our product training academy from the ground up. Your mission is to design scalable learning experiences - both self-guided and instructor-led - that empower our customers and partners to become skilled product users, directly supporting revenue growth and business goals.
In this high-impact role, you’ll influence product direction, go-to-market execution, and Parloa’s culture. You will blend product strategy with a deep understanding of learning and development to create a best-in-class training experience, shaping how we deliver value and grow product adoption over time. You will activate internal experts to develop best practices into course content and workshops, developing a sustainable and scalable learning ecosystem for external audiences.
