The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Director of Product, joining our Product team. You'll have a significant impact on our organization and help create opportunities for millions of people worldwide.

As a Director of Product at Remote, you'll lead a team of product managers and define our product strategy in one or more key areas. You will raise the bar for our vision and product management discipline by fostering a team of talented, kind individuals doing impactful work.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, preferably at a high-growth fintech technology company
• Proven leadership of high-performing product management teams
• Experience in Billing or Payments product areas
• Excellent strategic and tactical judgment
• Demonstrable results in advancing product direction
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including with senior leadership
• A strong sense of design and UX
• Passion for products that are reliable and effective, even if complex
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
