Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 1500 Full-Time Employees (FTEs), fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Workers' Council Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the workers' council, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Fluency in German: Must be fluent in German, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with staff and stakeholders.
• Experience with Workers' Councils: Demonstrated experience working with workers' councils, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
