The Director of Enterprise Operations will be a pivotal member of our executive leadership team in Germany, overseeing multi-functional operations, driving process optimization, and ensuring that enterprise-wide objectives are met with excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with the ability to execute complex strategies, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable impact across business functions.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment

• Define and execute the enterprise operations strategy in alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
• Partner with the C-Suite and regional leadership to translate strategic plans into operational initiatives that drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics to inform operational decision-making.

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

Oversee all enterprise operational functions including supply chain, logistics, IT operations, procurement, and shared services.

Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, quality, and financial performance.

Lead operational transformation initiatives to improve agility, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Technology, Finance, HR, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless operational support.

Drive alignment between corporate strategy and functional operations for consistent delivery of results.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing operational insights and risk assessments.

Change Management & Innovation

Champion continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to streamline processes.

Identify and implement automation, AI, and analytics solutions to optimize enterprise operations.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

Leadership & Talent Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing operational teams across Germany and Europe.

Build workforce capability through talent acquisition, development programs, and succession planning.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all operational initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record managing large-scale operations in multinational or Fortune 1000 environments.

Expertise in operational strategy, supply chain management, process improvement, and P&L oversight.

Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology-enabled operations.

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
