Job summary

You will lead the construction, installation, and commissioning of major industrial facilities across sectors including semiconductor manufacturing, battery cell production, life sciences, chemicals, automotive, and power generation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience leading large industrial construction projects in an EPC or EPCM environment.
• Track record of delivering complex projects through construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction, installation, and commissioning of large-scale industrial facilities
• Take full responsibility for project setup, execution strategy, and delivery performance
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE compliance
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Construction Managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, and Commissioning Leads
• Oversee resource planning and workforce allocation across multiple disciplines
• Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, authorities, and key project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, site safety standards, and project governance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop high-performing project teams
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and performance

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the construction, installation, and commissioning of major industrial facilities across sectors including semiconductor manufacturing, battery cell production, life sciences, chemicals, automotive, power generation, and process industries.

As the senior leader on large-scale capital projects, you will be responsible for overall project execution, ensuring delivery against safety, schedule, quality, and budget objectives while managing multidisciplinary teams across all project phases.
