Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Director Leasing to provide leasing expertise and support on our Sony Center asset-management team. In this role, you will oversee the leasing of the Sony Center, which is undergoing a €200M+ market-leading redevelopment and repositioning. You will be responsible for developing the leasing strategy, leading broker relations, and directly managing all aspects of leasing transactions, including prospecting, responding to inquiries, touring, drafting offers, lease negotiations, and managing tenant relations before, during, and after fit-out.
