You will be responsible for defining the IT strategy, managing project portfolios, and driving change through effective leadership. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in multinational IT operations.
• Strong expertise in IT financial management and project portfolio leadership.
• Fluency in English; German and Agile experience are strong pluses.

Lead IT Operations in DACH, including End User Support, Infrastructure, and Workplace Technology

• Define and execute the regional IT strategy and multi-year roadmap

Manage the infrastructure and technology project portfolio, aligning with European / global initiatives

Drive transformation, turning vision into actionable change within the organization

• Oversee full P&L for IT operations, including budget planning and financial performance
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams focused on digital innovation, resilience, and operational excellence

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-site IT operations in complex or multinational settings

Strong expertise in IT financials, CAPEX / OPEX management, and cost optimization

• Proven track record in leading large, cross-country IT project portfolios with measurable results
• Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans using OKRs and KPIs
• Skilled in driving organizational transformation and managing complex change
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; English fluency required, German and Agile experience are strong pluses
