Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer IT-Management-Position, idealerweise im Gastgewerbe.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung komplexer IT-Projekte und Hotelsoftware.
• Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams.

Your tasks:

1. Responsibility for the development and implementation of the IT strategy with a cloud-first approach for our group of companies and all central digitalisation initiatives
2. Management of strategic IT projects in the hospitality sector - e.g., PMS, POS, RMS, CRM, digital check-in
3. Managing and developing a hybrid team of internal IT experts and external service providers
4. Ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations at our hotel locations by migrating from on-premise technology to cloud technology
5. Working closely with management and specialist departments on systemic and process-related decisions
6. Managing service providers, responsibility for the IT budget, and defining and monitoring relevant KPIs and standards

Qualifications:

1. Several years of experience in an IT management role, ideally in the hospitality or service environment
2. Sound expertise in managing complex IT projects and a good understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS, RMS, CRM, etc.) and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
3. Strategic thinking combined with entrepreneurial behaviour and the ability to maintain an overview even in day-to-day business
4. Experience in leading and developing teams - both internally and with external partners
5. Strong communication skills, openness to innovation, and confident acting at the interface between technology, business, and operations
6. Very good knowledge of German and English
