Join EPAM as a Director, Insurance Advisory (m/f/d) in Munich. You will lead strategic client engagements in the insurance sector, focusing on enterprise transformation programs in P&C or Life practices. Your role involves driving business development, building client relationships, leading project teams, and contributing to EPAM’s growth and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and drive impact through our offerings
• Lead business development and demand generation activities
• Build and maintain deep client relationships
• Manage engagement planning, delivery, and risks
• Advance transformation methods and tools
• Support sales activities and develop innovative solutions
• Create assets and accelerators for faster delivery
• Drive impact by leveraging team strengths

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in consulting or industry, with recent digital transformation leadership
• Deep insurance industry knowledge (Claims, UW, Distribution Sales & Service, or Finance Transformation) in German-speaking markets
• Experience in consulting, advisory skills, and thought leadership
• Minimum 5 years in actuarial science (reserving or pricing)
• FSA or FCA certification
• Experience with financial reporting, analytics, and solutions development
• Ability to operate independently at client sites
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
