Purpose of the Role :

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for driving the global strategy of their function and ensuring execution of HR operations. This role involves partnering at an Executive level,developing and executing a people strategy that supports the functional strategy, andbuilding strong relationships with stakeholders. The Senior HR Business Partner will workclosely with senior management to align HR efforts with the company's strategic objectives and ensure the delivery of exceptional HR outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • As part of the HR Leadership Team, this role will Partner with Executiveand senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategiesthat advance business outcomes
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Talent Management, TeamEffectiveness, HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to maximise employeeengagement, retention, and performance
  • Build and maintain strong and proactive relationships with keystakeholders, including senior management, employees, and externalpartners
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics and trends to make data-drivendecisions to enhance organisation design and performance
  • Champion HR initiatives that drive culture and operational change
  • Ensure there is a knowledgeable and skilled talent pipeline for thefunction providing development opportunities where required
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority HR cases,ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processesand enhance employee engagement
  • Manage and mentor HR Business Partners and Coordinators ensuringthey are effectively supporting HR operations and contributing to theoverall success of the HR team

  • Business & Strategic ImpactNature of accountability for results:The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with businessobjectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the business landscape, employeeneeds, and the competitive environment. The Senior HR Business Partner is accountable forensuring that HR initiatives support business growth and continuity. The individual in this role is responsible for the performance of the HR within their function,including the effectiveness of HR initiatives, employee engagement, and compliance withregulatory requirements. The Senior HR Business Partner must ensure that HR efforts are alignedwith business goals and that risks are managed effectively
  • Level of analysis and judgement applied:The role requires a high level of analysis and judgement to make informed decisions thatimpact the business strategically. This includes evaluating HR metrics, assessing theeffectiveness of HR programs, and understanding the potential business impact of HRinitiatives. The Senior HR Business Partner must be able to balance HR needs with businessobjectives and make decisions that support the organization while enabling business growth
  • Leadership :The Senior HR Business Partner receives strategic guidance from the Executive team but isexpected to operate with a high degree of autonomy in executing HR plans
  • Nature of guidance provided to others: The role involves providing leadership and direction to their functions, ensuring they aremotivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company's objectives. This includes settingperformance targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and mentorship

Skills and Abilities:

Relationship Focus,Nature and level of contact within/outside the organisation: The Senior HR Business Partner interacts across Keyloop cross-functionally, to ensurealignment of HR strategies with overall business goals. Externally, the role involves buildingand maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
