Purpose of the Role :
The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for driving the global strategy of their function and ensuring execution of HR operations. This role involves partnering at an Executive level,developing and executing a people strategy that supports the functional strategy, andbuilding strong relationships with stakeholders. The Senior HR Business Partner will workclosely with senior management to align HR efforts with the company's strategic objectives and ensure the delivery of exceptional HR outcomes.
